Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between ÉLARA Paris and any person making a purchase on the elara-paris.com website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Products
ÉLARA Paris offers niche perfumes (high concentration Eau de Parfum) designed, formulated, and manufactured in France, in limited editions. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product sheet.
Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. ÉLARA Paris is not subject to VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). ÉLARA Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.
Order
Any order placed on elara-paris.com constitutes the formation of a distance selling contract. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment validation.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. ÉLARA Paris accepts payments by credit card and Shop Pay, via a secure payment solution.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are indicated before the final validation of the order. Usual delivery times are 3 to 5 working days in metropolitan France; international delivery is available.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. The full terms and conditions are detailed in our Return Policy, including the exception provided for in Article L221-28 for products unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Legal Guarantees
All products sold on elara-paris.com benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These guarantees are independent of our commercial return policy and apply without additional cost to the customer.
Liability
ÉLARA Paris cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, or from events beyond its control (force majeure).
Intellectual Property
All elements of the elara-paris.com website (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of ÉLARA Paris and are protected by copyright.
Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with our customer service (contact@elara-paris.com), the customer may use the following consumer mediator free of charge: [name and contact details of the mediator to be completed once subscribed]. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution or mediation, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
