Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of return.

Conditions

Returns are only accepted for unopened bottles, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Samples

2ml samples are non-refundable.

Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@elara-paris.com, stating your order number. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part.
