Return Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of return.

Conditions

Returns are accepted only for unopened bottles, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, unsealed bottles or those from which the protective packaging has been removed are not eligible for a right of withdrawal, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Samples

2ml samples are not refundable.

Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@elara-paris.com, indicating your order number. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used during the order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
